Before changing anything, record what happens when you launch MEmu Play or a VM from Multi-MEmu. Useful details include:

  • Whether the warning appears before an Android loading screen
  • Whether every VM fails or only one Android image fails
  • Whether the problem started after a Windows, BIOS, driver, antivirus, or MEmu update
  • Whether MEmu previously worked with Hyper-V enabled
  • Whether Windows recently enabled Memory integrity or another virtualization-based security feature
  • Whether a newly created VM behaves differently from an existing VM

If all MEmu instances show the same VT warning before Android begins loading, investigate firmware and Windows hypervisor access first. A damaged Android 5.1 or 7.1 image is less likely because the failure occurs before that image can boot.

1.2 Protect Existing MEmu Data

Do not delete a VM simply because MEmu reports that VT is disabled. Existing images may contain apps, local game data, Google accounts, operation recorder scripts, shared-folder files, or custom ADB configurations. 3. Enable Intel VT-x, AMD-V, Or SVM In BIOS Or UEFI

If Task Manager says virtualization is disabled, restart the PC into its BIOS or UEFI settings. The exact key and menu names depend on the computer or motherboard manufacturer. Common startup keys include Delete, F2, F10, and Esc, but use the manufacturer's instructions for your device.

If Task Manager continues to show virtualization as disabled after you enable and save the firmware setting, the remaining issue is outside MEmu. If Task Manager shows virtualization enabled and every fresh MEmu VM still reports that it is unavailable, preserve your VM data and investigate the MEmu installation, Hyper-V mode, and security-driver logs before reinstalling.
